We strive to use fresh vegetables, plant-based ingredients, and powerful adaptogenic ingredients. Everything is naturally sweetened and made with purposeful ingredients, no fillers, no nonsense. You won’t find artificial or refined sugars, but you will find functional ingredients like maca, turmeric, reishi, and more. This is not your average canned coconut milk and cane sugar situation.

Devoted to Better
A sweet tooth was my first tooth. As I grew older and became more interested in and committed to long distance running and my health, I turned to making everything from scratch, studying foods and ingredients, and only consuming the most nutritious, better-for-you foods. But my sweet tooth fought on, and I was bent on figuring out a way to guilt-free indulge in my favorite things: ice cream and cookies. We’re starting with dessert, because it’s one of the areas that most Americans love, but many Americans have hesitations around. This is the beginning of a long story around plant-based food, starting with dessert.
